At Teesnmore, we strive to ensure every order is accurate, of the highest quality, and delivered on time. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:

• The items are materially flawed.
• The quality of printing or embroidery does not meet reasonable expectations.
• The final product’s design differs from the design you approved.

Before confirming your order, please review the details carefully, including quantity, size, and graphic placement. Customers are responsible for confirming these details.

Any claims regarding your order must be submitted within 5 days of receipt. Refunds, exchanges, or compensation will not be granted after this period.

You may change or cancel your order free of charge before approving the mock-up. 

Once production begins, cancellations are no longer possible. 

If you choose to cancel during production, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. 

To cancel or make changes, please contact us via email or phone as soon as possible. 

We will process a full or partial refund based on the order’s status.
