Copyrighted or Inappropriate Images

Teesnmore is committed to the appropriate and legal use of the intellectual property of others.

Teesnmore cannot create any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable, or that infringes on any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any third party. Teesnmore has the right to reject any artwork that falls within the above-listed criteria.

However, Teesnmore cannot examine all the images for the decency. It’s the responsibility of the customer to make sure if the submitted artwork is appropriate.

Generally speaking, brand logos, sports team logos, cartoon characters, and superhero logos are usually copyrighted.

Mock Ups

Mock up shall be delivered via email in 24-36 hours. If everything is correct, write “OK.” in the reply email. Teesnmore cannot be held responsible for errors if the artwork is printed per customer’s approval or if changes are communicated verbally on the phone.

In case the Customer finds any mistake in mock up, the correction requests should be replied to mock up email. If a revised mockup is desired, a request must be made in the same email.

If the mock up is not verified within 36 hours, the order will be put on hold until approval.

Mock ups must be checked for spelling, color, garment sizes, quantity, placement of the art, and accuracy of artwork by the customer. It is very important to look over every detail of the mock up, as this is how your garments will print. Teesnmore will not be responsible for corrections implemented or requested after artwork approval.

Please check your email regularly as to not delay the process.

Colour Proofing

Because of differences in monitors, equipment, garments and other conditions, the completed product may show slightly different colours from the mock up. Please consider a reasonable variation in colours.

Customer can provide the Pantone number if they are particular about the ink colours for screen printing. For example, Pantone 186C, Pantone 187C, Pantone Cool Grey 7C.

Substitutions

Teesnmore reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality – unless previously agreed on a specific process.

Preparatory Material

Mock up, artwork, screens, colour separations, embroidery digitizing files, and other items supplied by Teesnmore, shall remain our exclusive property, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Minimums

At most times, a standard minimum of 12 units applies for initial and subsequent re-orders of screen printing and embroidery runs. Occasionally, however, minimums for screen print and embroidery services may be raised based on availability and demand. You will find the current set minimums on the calculator on the product pages.  

No minimum for Digital Print (DP).

Specific Measurements When Printing

Even though Teesnmore’s printers have over 20 years of experience, there is no way to effectively and efficiently measure a distance from the collar on each shirt as each garment is loaded onto the press by hand. If you particularly request a print that is 2” down from the collar, we will use that as a guide and do our best to make sure that all shirts hit that target, but not all shirts will hit exactly at 2”, they may be slightly off. This will not be considered a misprint and Teesnmore will not reprint or refund these shirts.

Imprint Sizes

Please note that not all shirts are sewn exactly the same, also the sizes are different. The following measurements are to be used for reference as the standard. If you are particularly concern, please check the individual product page for exact measurements for the product you are looking for. Please note printing or embroidery cannot start the very edge of the garment. A minimum 1 inch margin is usually needed.

Front of t-shirt: 10-12in wide for Adult, 7-9in wide for Youth.

Front of baby romper: 5-6 in wide

Front of Baseball cap/ Toque: 2.5-4 in wide

Half sleeve t-shirts sleeve: 3-4 in wide

Left chest print: 3.5 in -4.5 in
