Return Policy

Teesnmore goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, providing the highest quality and within scheduled time. Teesnmore accepts returns and will refund payment if customers are disappointed by the merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the printing or embroidery is below a reasonable range of expectations; (c) the design of the final product is different from the final design approved by the customer.

Confirming the order details such as quantity, size and graphic location on the mock up is the responsibility of the customer. Please look over information carefully before approving.

Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt. No exchange, refund, or compensation will be accepted beyond 5 days.

 

Cancellation Policy

You may change or cancel your order before you approve the mock up without any charges.

An order cannot be cancelled after the product has been produced. There will be a standard cancellation fee of 50% if orders cancelled during production.

For cancellations, please email or call us as soon as possible. We’ll process the full or partial refund according to the order status.
