Step 3: Review and checkout
Once you’re ready to checkout, review your order details to make sure everything is correct. Then, enter your billing and shipping details to complete your order.
Step 4: Mockups and approval
When your order is received, our design staff will create a mockup of your artwork and send it to you for approval. Your order will not be placed into production until you’ve approved the design.

Rates are automatically calculated at checkout and are based on the size of your order and your shipping address.

Cancellations
You may change or cancel your order before you approve the mock up without any charges.
An order cannot be canceled after the product has been produced. There will be a standard cancellation fee of 50% if orders are canceled during production.
For cancellations, please email or call us as soon as possible. We’ll process the full or partial refund according to the order status.
Returns
Teesnmore goes to great lengths to ensure that all orders are filled accurately, providing the highest quality and within the scheduled time. Teesnmore accepts returns and will refund payment if customers are disappointed by the merchandise for one of the following reasons: (a) the items themselves are materially flawed; (b) the quality of the printing or embroidery is below a reasonable range of expectations; (c) the design of the final product is different from the final design approved by the customer.
Confirming the order details such as quantity, size and graphic location on the mock up is the responsibility of the customer. Please look over the information carefully before approving it.
Any claims against your order must be made within 5 days of receipt. No exchange, refund, or compensation will be accepted beyond 5 days.

Screen Printing: What is it?
Screen printing, also sometimes known as silkscreen printing, is the process of pressing ink through a stencilled mesh screen onto a substrate, usually t-shirts, to create a printed design. The thick ink lays on top of the shirt rather than soaking in and one colour is printed at a time, so several screens can be used to produce a multicoloured image or design.
When to use it?
Screen printing is commonly used on garments such as t-shirts and hoodies. It’s often the most cost-efficient decoration type, especially when printing larger quantities of designs consisting of only a few colours, typically under 6.

Embroidery: What is it?
Embroidery is a method used to decorate garments using a needle and thread. It involves using a machine to stitch a simple design into the fabric.
When to use it?
Embroidery is commonly used on garments such as t-shirts, polos/golf shirts, hoodies, jackets, and hats. It’s highly durable and can support the use of multiple colours. Embroidery is the preferred decoration type when you’re creating a professional look.

Digital Print: What is it?
Digital print, or print and cut, is the process of printing an image, photo, or design with multiple colours onto a vinyl substrate which is then contour-cut and pressed onto the garment.
When to use it?
Digital print is best used for multiple colour designs, when screen printing is not an option. Digital print is the preferred method when printing digital photos/images on garments.
